If you access a page on our website with corresponding social media plugins, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective operator of the logo (e.g. facebook.com or xing.com).The content of the plugin is transmitted by the service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the website. (2) is authorized by Union or Member State law to which the data controller is subject and which lays down suitable measures to safeguard your rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests, or

(3) is based on your explicit consent.

However, these decisions shall not be based on special categories of personal data referred to in Art. 9(1) GDPR, unless point (a) or (g) of Article 9(2) GDPR applies and suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests are in place.

In the cases referred to in (1) and (3), the data controller shall implement suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, at least the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the data controller, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
